Team Prepares For Upcoming Season

PROVO , Utah - The BYU women's soccer team reported for duty on Wednesday as it kicked off its August workouts in preparation for the upcoming season. Team pictures were taken Tuesday and workouts started Wednesday on the team's practice field, Haws Field.

Tickets for the upcoming season are also now available online. Cougar fans have 11 chances to see the 2012 squad in action on South Field. The new season kicks off with a blue & white game on Saturday, Aug. 11 at 7 p.m. on South Field.

Did you know? Four members of the squad were married this summer. Carlee Payne Holmoe, Lindsi Lisonbee Cutshall, Dana Oldroyd Cusick and Stacy Bartholomew Heap. Look for their name changes this season.
