BYU To Host Cal In First Round NCAA Soccer Championships
PROVO -- BYU's 20th ranked women's soccer team, crowned MWC Champions on Saturday afternoon in San Diego, have received an invitation to the 1999 Women's Soccer NCAA Championships, hosting California this Wednesday, November 10, time to be announced later.
This will be the third straight invitation to the 48-team Championships for BYU. If the Cougars defeat the Golden Bears, their next opponent would be the country's number one team, Santa Clara in Santa Clara on Saturday.
