2020 spring season is underway

PROVO, Utah – The spring season for the BYU women's soccer team is underway with its first tournament taking place on Saturday, Mar. 7 at UNLV.

The team opened up spring competition with an alumni scrimmage on Feb. 22 before playing in Las Vegas, Arizona, St. George, Colorado and Provo.

With a pair of games on Saturday, Mar. 7 in Las Vegas, the Cougars will first play Cal State Northridge at 9 a.m. PST then UNLV at 10:30 a.m. PST. Both games will be played at the UNLV Soccer Complex.

Following a break, BYU travels to Arizona on Saturday, Mar. 21 as they compete against Arizona and Arizona State in Tempe. The first game will take place at 12 p.m. MST with the second at 6 p.m. MST.

On Saturday, Mar. 28, the Cougars travel south to St. George with a match against Dixie State. The time will be announced at a later date with the game being played at Greater Zion Stadium.

BYU will then head to Colorado on Saturday, Apr. 4. At 11 a.m. MDT, the Cougars will face Colorado in Boulder before taking on the Pioneers at 4 p.m. MDT in Denver.

The final tournament will take place at South Field on Saturday, Apr. 11. The first match will be against rivalry Utah at 11 a.m. MDT with the second following at 4 p.m. MDT against Weber State.
