PROVO – BYU women's soccer announced its broadcast schedule for the 2017 season on Thursday, with BYUtv and BYU Radio playing major roles again in broadcasting throughout the season.

At least eight of the Cougars' 11 home games will be shown live on BYUtv. The on-air talent team returns with Spencer Linton providing play-by-play, Natalyn Lewis giving analysis and Lauren Francom serving as the sideline reporter. Those broadcasts will include pre-match, halftime and post-match interviews with coaches and players. The network provides coverage worldwide in 82 million households.

Greg Wrubell returns as the play-by-play radio broadcaster for the team. Joining him this season with color commentary duties will be Paige (Hunt) Barker, who played for BYU from 2012-13 and 2015-16. She was a defender and midfielder who earned multiple All-West Coast Conference honors and scored four goals with 10 assists in her career as a Cougar.

Radio broadcasts will originate from BYU Radio (Sirius XM 143) and will typically also be available on ESPN 960 AM. Barring conflicts with football, home and away games will be on the radio waves, and pregame commentary will begin 30 minutes before kickoff. Each game will also have postgame analysis with athlete and coach interviews.

At least one game, the Oct. 12 home matchup with Pacific, will be exclusively on theW.tv—the live streaming site of the West Coast Conference.
