PROVO, Utah – Seven players signed with BYU women's soccer on Thursday to join the team this fall for the 2017 season.

The newly signed players will replace one of the most accomplished classes in program history and one of the 10 winningest groups of seniors in the nation.

Among the new signees are four players from Utah; including two from Lone Peak High School, and players from Idaho, Washington and California.

The last time BYU's signing class consisted of seven players was in 2015, when a few returned missionaries formed part of the new class. Three years ago, when eight signed, was the last time at least seven players joined the Cougars out of high school.
