PROVO, Utah – Ashley Hatch was selected to the U.S. women's U-23 camp, which opens on Friday in Carson, California.

Hatch, a senior at BYU in 2016, was tied for third in the nation with 19 goals. She scored 47 goals in her career, which ranks fourth in program history. In 2016, she was named a National Soccer Coaches Association of America First Team All-American.

It's not the first international invitation for Hatch. She played with the full U.S. Women's National Team in October, earning her first cap in a friendly against Switzerland. In 2015, she trained with the U-23 team.

Hatch and the U-23 team will train at the StubHub Center, which is on the campus of the California State University, Domiguez Hills and is home to Major League Soccer's LA Galaxy.
