PROVO, Utah – Taylor Isom and Ashley Hatch have been invited to train with the U-23 U.S. Women's National Team at its camp beginning Friday, Jan. 6 in Carson, California.

Isom, a center back who was a junior in 2016, was named West Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Year and was a National Soccer Coaches Association of America Second Team All-American. She anchored a BYU defense that allowed the nation's ninth-best mark of just .491 goals per game.

It's Isom's first time being invited to national camp.

Hatch, a senior forward in 2016, was an All-WCC First Team honoree and an NSCAA First Team All-American. She scored 19 goals to finish tied for third nationally. Hatch wrapped up her career with 47 goals, which ranks fourth in program history.

Hatch was invited to the full U.S. Women's National Team in October, and earned her first cap. She participated in U-23 camp in 2015. She's preparing for the National Women's Soccer League College Draft, which will take place on Jan. 12.

The camp will take place at the StubHub Center, which is on the campus of California State University, Domingo Hills, and is home to Major League Soccer's LA Galaxy.
