BYU soccer hosts Freedom Festival 3V3 Soccer Tournament
PROVO, Utah — BYU women’s soccer has partnered with the Provo 2016 Freedom Festival to host a 3V3 Soccer Tournament on July 4 on the Cougar campus.
This event is a chance for players of all ages and abilities to compete in a fun and family friendly environment on the campus of Brigham Young University.
All participants will receive BYU soccer promotional items. The tournament will include numerous, brackets including youth divisions from U6-U16, an adult men’s division, an adult women’s division and a co-ed division.
Each team may have from three to six players. Co-ed teams must have at least two women and two men and at least one woman must be on the field at all times.
Games will be played in two 12-minute halves on mini fields with each team playing a minimum of three games.
The cost is $130 per team. Games will be played on the BYU campus at the Cougar Field on the corner of 1500 North 900 East in Provo.
ONE PERSON CAN REGISTER AN ENTIRE TEAM. YOU DO NOT NEED EACH INDIVIDUAL ON A TEAM TO REGISTER.
ONCE A TEAM HAS SIGNED UP, EACH TEAM MEMBER MUST BRING A COMPLETED RELEASE FORM TO THE TOURNAMENT IN ORDER TO PLAY. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE RELEASE FORM BELOW.
