Hatch sisters help BYU pick up two wins in exhibition play

PROVO, Utah—Behind a strong offensive effort from Brianna Hatch and Ashley Hatch, the BYU women’s soccer team picked up two wins at home against Dixie State and Southern Utah University Saturday.

In the first game, BYU defeated Dixie State 3-0 after being tied up 0-0 at halftime. Brianna and Ashley both scored during the game and Jocelyn Loomis netted the third goal off an assist from Bizzy Phillips Bowen.

Later that evening, the Cougar women defeated SUU 3-0. Ashley scored two goals during the game and Brianna assisted both goals. Loomis picked up her second goal of the day during the game as well.

The Cougars’ next exhibition match will be against UNLV on Saturday, Mar. 5, at 10 a.m. PST. in Las Vegas.
