Hatch wins WCC Player of the Week

PROVO, Utah – BYU sophomore forward Ashley Hatch earned West Coast Conference Player of the Week honors for her three goal, two assist performance in the Cougars' two wins last week.

Hatch played a role in three of BYU's four goals against Denver on Thursday in a 4-1 victory. She scored the final two goals in a 3-0 win over SMU on Saturday night.

Hatch has already surpassed last season's goal total of six. She has scored seven goals and added three assists. This is her second career WCC Player of the Week award and the first for a BYU player this season.
