Soccer to have 11 games broadcast live

The BYU women's soccer team will have 11 of its 19 games televised this season. Nine of those games will be broadcast live on BYUtv with two road games being broadcast on a variety of other outlets.

BYUtv and BYUtv International will broadcast the Cougars exhibition against the Haitian women's national team on August 16. It will be the first time BYU will host a senior national team and will be just the second time the Cougars have faced a senior national team.

BYUtv will broadcast matchups against Big Ten opponent Nebraska on Aug. 31 and Big-12 opponent Oklahoma on Sep. 19. The Deseret First Duel rivalry game against Utah will be televised on Sep. 6 at 7 p.m. Non-conference games against Cal State Fullerton and UC Irvine will also be carried on BYUtv. Home conference games against Pepperdine, San Diego and Pacific will be broadcast on BYUtv.

BYU's away game at LSU will be carried live on Labor Day on Cox Sports Television, a regional cable network. The Cougars game at Oregon on Sep. 12 will be carried on the Pac-12 Network at 8 p.m. To see a complete and updated schedule throughout the season, check it out here.
