Familiar Territory for Gym Regionals
PROVO -- NCAA Regional selections were released today, and the Cougars will stay here in Utah to compete at the University of Utah, who is hosting the North Central Regional.
This is the sixth year in a row the Cougars have qualified for Regionals. Their Regional Qualifying Score for this year is a 195.625 which places them 13th in the national rankings.
BYU will be competing against No. 1 Utah, No. 12 Oregon State, No. 20 Minnesota, No. 22 Southern Utah, and No. 36 Iowa. The Regional competition will be April 9th in the Huntsman Center.
The teams who finish in the top two spots will qualify for Nationals at Auburn University in Alabama. Nationals take place April 19-23.
