PROVO, Utah — As preparation begins for the 2021 women’s gymnastics season, four true freshmen join the Cougars, adding depth to the roster.

Sydney Benson | Riverton, Utah | Olympus Gymnastics

“I am super excited to be joining the BYU gymnastics team. I can’t wait to bring some extra energy to the floor. I want to make audiences feel like they’re part of the team too, and just create a massively positive environment for me and the girls.”
