No. 16 BYU competes at No. 11 Boise State

PROVO, Utah – The No. 16 BYU gymnastics team continues on the road on Thursday, Mar. 15, against No. 11 Boise State at 7 p.m. MST.

Meet Information

THE COUGARS. BYU's highest road score of the season, 196.500, secured a first place finish in its tri-meet, beating George Washington and Maryland last week in Washington, D.C. It was the fifth time the Cougars earned a 196.000 or higher this season. 

MRGC HONORS. Shannon Evans has been recognized in all eight weeks of the season, most recently receiving MRGC Gymnast of the Week after earning a 39.425 in the all-around. This was the second week she has earned the highest honor while she has also been recognized for her performances on vault, bars and floor.

THE BRONCOS. Boise State most recently topped Utah State and Washington with a score of 197.125. The Broncos season-best came against BYU in the Smith Fieldhouse when they earned a 197.175. Courtney McGregor and Sarah Means have stepped up in recent meets and are the gymnasts to watch. In this week's MRGC awards, Boise State earned the honor on vault, bars and beam.
