Cross country racks up WCC honors
LAS VEGAS – BYU cross country athletes collected 16 West Coast Conference awards and BYU associate director of cross country/track and field Diljeet Taylor was named the WCC Women’s Coach of the Year at the conclusion of the 2020 WCC Championships.
Both BYU cross country teams defended their conference titles on Wednesday at Craig Ranch Regional Park in Las Vegas. All-WCC teams are determined by the overall finish at the championship meet. Runners that place 1-10 are named to the All-WCC First Team and those that finish 11-15 are named to the All-WCC Second Team.
