BYU maintains regional ranking

The USTFCCCA Regional Poll was released yesterday, with the BYU women’s cross country team being ranked No. 3 in the Mountain Region. 

As of Oct. 8, the Cougars were ranked No. 26 in the country and No. 3 in the Mountain Region.

The Cougars competed at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational last weekend and placed 24th out of 37 teams. Twenty-six of those teams were ranked or received votes in the top 30.

BYU is only behind No. 1 New Mexico and No. 2 Colorado.

The next event for the Cougars is the WCC Championships in Malibu, Calif. On Nov 2.
