Keeping the Win Streak Alive
PROVO -- BYU returns to Miller Park to host three softball games against in-state foes Utah Valley and Utah beginning with a Thursday-evening twinbill.
The Cougars look to keep their 13-game winning streak alive. BYU defeated the Wolverines, 9-2, in Orem and took two games against Utah in Salt Lake City, 11-2 and 15-0.
BYU has already clinched the Deseret First Duel softball series after winning two games, although Utah’s overall point margin has taken the second-annual Deseret First Duel title.
With one conference game slated, the Cougars look to maintain their MWC-leading status at 7-0. San Diego State is one game back at 6-1.
