BYU travels up the road for second game against UVU
PROVO, Utah – Following a bye weekend, BYU softball will head across town to take on Utah Valley at Wolverine Stadium on Wednesday.
BYU (23-17, 1-2 West Coast Conference) played just one game last week. The Cougars hosted the Utah State Aggies, winning the contest 4-1 behind 11 strikeouts from McKenna Bull.
Utah Valley (6-32, 2-7 Western Athletic Conference) lost the weekend series on the road against Missouri - Kansas City, winning one of the three games.
The two teams met back in March for the Cougars’ home opener. In that game, BYU run-ruled UVU, winning 8-0 in five innings. Back in 2013, the Wolverines won two games in a row at home against the Cougars for the first time in series history.
The game will start at 3 p.m. MDT on Wednesday at Wolverine Stadium. The game will be live on BYU Radio. Live streaming and live stats will be available on the BYU schedule page.
