Men's volleyball hits the road for final regular-season road matches

PROVO, Utah – No. 6 BYU men’s volleyball hits the road this week for the final time during the regular season, traveling to No. 13 Cal State Northridge for a pair of matches on Friday and Saturday.
CSUN
- The Cougars (13-9, 10-8 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation) face off against the Matadors (10-15, 7-12 MPSF) both Friday and Saturday night at 7 p.m. PDT at the Matadome.
- BYU won both matches a season ago, with the last win coming in Northridge, 3-1.
- The Cougars lead the overall series 34-22, but are just 13-14 while on the road against CSUN.
- The Matadors were picked to finish eighth in the conference after missing out on the conference tournament last season.
- CSUN is led by Sam Holt’s 2.86 kills per set, 4.88 assists per set from John Peachey, CJ Suarez’s 1.28 digs average and 1.23 blocks per set from Greg Faulkner.
