PROVO, Utah – The BYU men’s tennis team will hold its annual Cougar Racqueteer Day Saturday at the BYU Outdoor Tennis Courts.

Members of the BYU men’s tennis team will partner with Cougar Racqueteer members for the round-robin competition at 2:30 p.m.

Following round-robin play, lunch will be served. Harold Turley and former BYU player Thomas Shubert will be presented with a trophy for being last year’s champions. BYU men’s tennis coach Brad Pearce will recap last year and introduce this year’s team members while recognizing the endowed scholarship recipients.

“This is a way that supporters of the men’s tennis program can get to know members of the team and start to form a relationship with them,” Pearce said.

The event is scheduled to be over in time to prepare for the BYU – Utah football game at 7 p.m.
