SAN BRUNO, Calif. – BYU freshman Jack Barnett was named the West Coast Conference Men’s Singles Player of the Week.
Barnett had a dominating singles performance and he was the first player to finish his match for BYU in their lone dual of the week against Denver. The freshman defeated a senior from the University of Denver, Ignatius Castelino, 6-2, 6-3 on court four to give BYU its second point of the match.
