Hill moves forward in consolation bracket at ITA All-American
TULSA, Okla. – Sean Hill of BYU men's tennis advanced in the consolation bracket at the ITA All-American on Thursday.
“Nice win for Sean today,” BYU assistant coach Aidan Carrazedo said. “He played a really good match and competed hard. I’m looking forward to more matches tomorrow and building off of this.”
Hill faced Kody Pearson of the University of Tulsa in the round of 32 in the consolation bracket. The two battled it out, but Hill was ultimately victorious with a 6-4, 6-3 win.
He will face No. 21 Adria Soriano Barrera of the University of Miami tomorrow in the round of 16.
