BYU travels to LA for So Cal Intercollegiate Championships
PROVO, Utah— Ten BYU men’s tennis players will travel to Los Angeles to compete in the 61st Annual Southern California Intercollegiate Championships held at USC’s David X. Marks Tennis Stadium, Oct. 26-28.
Senior John Pearce, juniors Matthew Pearce and Jeffrey Hsu, sophomores Sean Hill, Sam Tullis, Victor Brown and David Ball and freshmen Artsiom Ausiyevich, Jacob Tullis and Ben Gajardo will represent the Cougars in both singles and doubles.
BYU will compete against opponents from various schools including USC, UCLA, Pepperdine, LMU, Hawaii and Texas Tech.
Qualifying matches for both singles and doubles will take place Thursday with competition in both the main and consolation rounds taking place on Friday and Saturday.
