Air Force Invite Next Up for BYU swim and dive

PROVO, Utah — The BYU swim and dive teams will travel to Colorado Springs, Colorado to participate in this years Air Force Invite along with five other teams at the USAFA Cadet Natatorium.

In a field featuring Air Force, Colorado State, Seattle and Colorado Mesa, the Cougar swimmers and divers will have a chance to continue building on their successful season thus far. Final results of the events will be posted at the meet's conclusion on byucougars.com.

Last Time Out

In the Cougars previous dual at Denver, the men came away victorious with a final score of 129-114. Brigham Harrison came away with four wins in the meet, two in the 50 and 100-yard freestyle and two in the 200-yard medley relay and 400-yard freestyle relay. For the women, Megan Bergstrom had impressive individual performances in the 500 and 1000-yard freestyle events, finishing first in both.  

Meet Information

The meet will begin Friday, Jan. 20 at 5 p.m. MDT and continue Saturday, Jan. 21 at 11 a.m. MDT. The meet will feature 13 events on day one and 10 events on day two.
