Strauss places 33rd in day one of NCAA Championship
GREENSBORO, N.C. — Sophomore Mickey Strauss placed 33rd out of 46 divers in the 1-meter on Thursday afternoon with a score of 280.75 points.

"Mickey did well for his first NCAA meet," said head diving coach Tyce Routson. "He stayed confident and composed and he should carry that into his next events to show his potential of dynamic diving."
With two days left of the competition, Mickey Strauss will compete in the platform and 3-meter. Swimmer Josue Dominguez will compete in the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke tomorrow on Friday, March 25.
