BYU dive team to compete at the Mizzou Invitational
PROVO, Utah – The BYU dive team travels to Columbia, Missouri, this week to compete in the University of Missouri Mizzou Invitational on Nov. 19-21 at the Mizzou Aquatic Center.
“The team and I are very excited for the opportunity to travel and compete,” said BYU head dive coach Tyce Rouston. “We have worked very hard to prepare for a strong competition from Missouri and Kentucky. It is a great facility where the divers feel comfortable, and we will channel our past successes in Missouri to execute a strong list of dives.”
The three-day event will feature 20 divers from Kentucky, BYU and host Missouri. Men and women divers will compete in the 1-meter and 3-meter events on Thursday and Friday, with the platform scheduled for Saturday.
University of Missouri will provide LIVE RESULTS throughout the three-day event. Final results from the three-day event will be available at the conclusion of the week on the BYU swimming and diving pages at BYUcougars.com.
