BYU Faces Utah for Final Home Meet

PROVO, Utah – The BYU swim and dive team will host in-state rival Utah on Friday, Jan. 31, and Saturday, Feb. 1, in their final home meet of the season.

“It’s been four years since we had a dual meet against Utah at home,” BYU head coach John Brooks said. “We are excited to have the competition back in our pool. Both the men’s and women’s teams match up really well, so it should be a very competitive meet.”

The Cougars and Utes faced each other earlier in the season for their annual relay meet. The divers also competed against Utah mid-season in their own diving dual meet, where several divers received top-three scores. 

This meet will also be the final meet for the seniors. A presentation will be shared to showcase the senior Cougars throughout their athletic careers at BYU. In addition, Cougar Tails will be handed out to those in the stands. 

Results will be available following the meets on the BYU swim and dive schedule page.
