PROVO, Utah – The BYU swim and dive teams will host the UNLV Rebels at home in the Richards Building Pool Saturday, Nov. 2.

“Facing UNLV has always been highly competitive,” BYU head coach John Brooks said. “Last year the meet was close for both the men and women, so it should be a good showdown. We are excited that we get to host at our pool this year.”

Last season BYU traveled to Las Vegas to face UNLV, where both the men and women defeated the Rebels. The BYU swim and dive teams are currently coming off of a win against Colorado Mesa after an impressive meet at home.

Several freshmen have showcased their talent this far along in the season, resulting in three MPSF Athlete of the Week awards for Tyler Edlefsen, Katie McBratney and Lily Plaudis.

The meet will begin at 11 a.m. MDT and offers free admission to fans.
