“Both of our teams swam great today,” BYU head coach John Brooks said. “There were a lot of highlights and the upperclassmen did a great job of setting the tone for the freshmen. We are looking forward to tomorrow.”

The women started off the evening with the first win of the two-day invitational. A team of Brynn Sproul, Lily Plaudis, Tiare Coker and Gwen Gustafson secured a first-place finish in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:43.16.
