The Athletes' Journal: Brayden Murphy
BYU Athletics has published its fifth entry in The Athletes’ Journal—a new series featuring Cougar athletes telling their story in their own words.
Brayden Murphy, a senior on the BYU men's swim team, shares his story swimming as a child, serving a mission in a third-world country and deciding to attend and swim at BYU. Murphy shares stories and gives advice on how to respond to obstacles in life.
The Athletes’ Journal series will regularly feature the unique perspectives of BYU student-athletes throughout the year. The series will provide in-depth insight into the lives of members of BYU’s intercollegiate sports programs.
The Athletes’ Journal will be published monthly on the BYU Exposure Gallery and will be available at BYUCougars.com and via BYU’s social media channels.
