PROVO, Utah – After a week off last week, BYU swim and dive will travel to Columbia, Missouri, for the three-day Mizzou Invite from Nov. 15-17 at the Mizzou Aquatic Center.

“This is the first time we will be attending the Mizzou Invite,” BYU head coach John Brooks said. “It has also been a long time since we have had a mid-season rested meet that both swim and dive attended. This is a big meet for the team and it’s time to post some fast times.”

The swim team will be joined by several other universities at the invite. Other universities participating include Mizzou, California Baptist, Drury, McKendree, Oklahoma Baptist, Southern Illinois, and the women’s teams from Arkansas, Florida International and San Diego State.  Each day will include swimming prelims at 10 a.m. CST and finals at 6 p.m. CST. Swimming events will be divided throughout the three days.

The divers will compete against Boise State and Wyoming. Diving prelims will begin at 11 a.m. CST while finals will take place at 6 p.m. for the women and 7:30 p.m. for the men. Divers will participate in the 1-meter and 3-meter on the first two days and the platform on the final day. The top-12 divers divers for both men and women will go on to the final diving events.

Live and final results from each day will be available on the BYU swim and dive page.
