BYU's Ogden Earns Mountain West Conference Cross Country Honors

COLORADO SPRINGS -- Brigham Young University senior Kristen Ogden has been selected as the Mountain West Conference women's cross country athlete of the week.

Ogden, from Chico, Calif., recorded her first collegiate victory on October 11 at the Arizona State Invitational in Tempe. Ariz. She ran the five-kilometer course in 17:37, leading the Cougars to a first place finish. BYU captured 10 of the Top 12 spots to post 15 points and best second place host-ASU by 60 points.
