Cougarettes featured on front cover of DanceSpirit Magazine
To say that April has been a great month for the BYU Cougarettes would be a huge understatement. On April 4 and 5 — at the 2019 NDA Collegiate Cheer & Dance Championship — the Cougarettes won national titles in both the Jazz and Hip-Hop competitions. In addition, they were also featured on the front cover of this month’s DanceSpirit magazine.
The DanceSpirit magazine feature story highlights the Cougarettes rise to collegiate dance competition (and internet) dominance. It also tells how the 19-time national champions combine high standards of personal conduct with perfectly synchronized choreography.
