BYU Women’s Basketball Season Review (2011-12)
- 2012 West Coast Conference Tournament Champions with 78-66 win over Gonzaga
- No. 10 Seed in NCAA Tournament, played at DePaul, the No. 7 seed
- 26-7 record (sixth 20-win season in 10 years)
- Team ranked No. 1 in the nation in assists per game
- First NCAA appearance since 2007 (ninth NCAA tournament appearance and 12th postseason appearance in 15 years)
- Head Coach Jeff Judkins became winningest women’s basketball coach at BYU picking up his 220th career victory with the 80-56 home win over Pepperdine on Jan. 12, 2012. On that night his record was 220-111 (.665)
- Concludes season with a 39 RPI
- Ranked in the polls for the first time since 2006
