BYU Sports Camps announces basketball academy with Lee Cummard
PROVO, Utah – BYU Sports Camps has launched a new series of camps, Cougar Basketball Academy with Lee Cummard in the Marriott Center Annex.
Cummard, a former Cougar All-American and a current assistant coach on the BYU women’s basketball staff, will work with camp participants (boys and girls in 1st through 6th grades) on ball handling, passing, shooting, defense, finishing, coordination and work ethic.
The academy runs for one hour, three night a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from Aug. 27 to Sept. 19 in the Annex. Sessions will be conducted at the following times:
- 1st - 2nd grade starts at 6 p.m.
- 3rd - 4th grade starts at 7 p.m.
- 5th - 6th grade starts at 8 p.m.
