PROVO, Utah— BYU women’s basketball has scheduled its annual Blue/White scrimmage this Thursday at 7:30 p.m., at the Marriott Center. The scrimmage is free and open to the public.

Fans will be able to see all of the members of this year’s team in action.

The Cougars were picked to finish second in the West Coast Conference as selected by the league’s 10 coaches. All-American senior Lexi Eaton Rydalch and Kylie Maeda were named to the All-WCC Preseason Team. The honor is the second for Eaton Rydalch. She was last year’s MVP of the league tournament.

BYU returns three starters from last year’s team that won the 2015 WCC Championship and competed in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

An exhibition game vs. Ft. Lewis is scheduled on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m.  The team’s home opener is on Friday, Nov. 13 vs. Utah Valley University and tips off at 3 p.m. The game vs. the Wolverines can be seen live on BYUtv.
