Cougars set to host 2021 Robison Invitational

PROVO, Utah – BYU track and field will host the Robison Invitational April 21-24 at the Clarence F. Robison Track and Field Complex in Provo, Utah.

Meet Information

This marks the Cougars’ first opportunity to host a meet at the Clarence F. Robison Track and Field Complex in nearly two years after the 2020 outdoor season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The meet will feature athletes from BYU, Dixie State, Fort Lewis College, Idaho State, Northwest Nazarene, Utah, UNLV, Utah State, Utah Valley and Weber State.

Spectators will be allowed to attend all four days of the meet with attendance capped at 1,000 spectators each day. Tickets will only be available online at byutickets.com. Spectators will be required to wear masks and social distance while at the facility.

The BYU men’s team is currently ranked No. 4 in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association’s national ratings. The women’s team is also ranked in the top 25 of the USTFCCCA ratings at No. 20.

The Cougars currently have 13 individual marks that rank amongst the top 25 nationally in men’s events (BYU men’s track & field performance list) while the women currently have nine top-25 marks heading into the weekend (BYU women’s track & field performance list).
