The Mtn. Now Available in Arizona and Orange County

CBS College Sports Network and The Mtn. (MountainWest Sports Network), along with Cox Communications, today announced that CBS College Sports Network and The Mtn. will be added to the Cox channel lineup systems in Arizona, and Orange County, Calif. The Networks officially launch on the Cox Digital Sports and Information Tier on Saturday, Aug. 1.

CBS College Sports Network and The Mtn. are primary Mountain West Conference rights holders, and offer a comprehensive slate of live college football and college sports action. The Networks will be available on Cox Digital Cable’s Sports and Information Tier, a highly penetrated package of more than a dozen digital networks consisting primarily of a mixture of national, regional and specialty sports-themed channels.

CBS College Sports Network, the original 24-hour college sports network, will be located on channel 187 in Arizona and channel 314 in Orange County. The Network is also available in High Definition on channel 778 in Arizona. The Mtn., the first network dedicated solely to an intercollegiate athletic conference, will be shown on channel 188 in Arizona and channel 313 in Orange County.

CBS College Sports Network’s regular season and championship event programming includes coverage of NCAA Division’s I, II, and III, showcasing over 25 men’s and women’s college sports, in addition to multiple NCAA championships. The network holds media rights for the Mountain West Conference, Conference USA, Atlantic 10 Conference and the United States Naval Academy. CBS College Sports Network is currently seen in over 32 million homes and is available in more than 84 million households across the country.
