Cougar Club level changes

The following email was sent to all Cougar Club members today

As BYU prepares for its inaugural season in the Big 12, we want to inform you about adjustments to the annual contribution amounts for Cougar Club membership levels, effective Jan. 1, 2024 – see graphic below. These adjustments are crucial to ensure strong financial support for BYU Athletics, enabling us to compete for Big 12 championships and maintain our national relevance.

Your membership in the Cougar Club plays a critical role in creating an environment that best positions BYU student-athletes for success both academically and athletically. Your support also helps us attract and retain exceptional coaches and staff, resulting in premier athletic programs that promote the mission and aims of Brigham Young University.

The Big 12 media rights deal will provide significant resources to each team in the conference. We also need strong and growing revenue from donations, ticket sales and sponsorships to stand out and excel at the Power 5 level.

We are genuinely grateful for your dedicated support and passion as a member of the BYU Athletics family. Your contributions have been vital to BYU Athletics’ success and we are excited to achieve even greater milestones together as we enter the Big 12. We invite you to remain all in, as we embark in this new era of BYU Athletics.
