Celebrating National Girls and Women in Sports Day

PROVO, Utah – BYU Athletics will participate in this year’s National Girls and Women in Sports Day (NGWSD) at the gymnastics meet vs. Sacramento State on Friday, February 7.

Starting at 6 p.m. MT at the Smith Fieldhouse, BYU student-athletes from BYU’s women’s sports programs will be in attendance to sign autographs; fans will receive a free NGWSD custom poster that the athletes can sign.

Free cookies will also be given out. Other activities include face painting, balloon artist, photo booth and a prize wheel. 

The 16th-ranked Cougar gymnastics team's meet with Sacramento State will then begin at 7 p.m. MT.
