No. 31 BYU women's golf to host BYU at Entrada Classic

PROVO, Utah — After a runner-up finish at the Meadow Club Women’s Intercollegiate, No. 31 BYU women’s golf looks to continue its season March 13-14, as the team hosts the BYU at Entrada Classic.

The Cougars placed first at the BYU at Entrada Classic in the 2015-16 season. BYU shot a total team score of 888 after three rounds, defeating all other teams in the field by at least 23 strokes.

BYU will play alongside 11 incoming universities. Boise State, Kent State, Iowa, Rutgers, UT-San Antonio, Tulsa and Wyoming will attend, with West Coast Conference foes Gonzaga and San Francisco also participating. In-state opponents SUU and UVU will also compete.

The course will be played to 6,168 yards and a par of 72. Teams will play 36 holes on Monday followed by 18 on Tuesday.

Monday’s play will begin with an 8:30 a.m. MST shotgun start.
