Jordan Fletcher (jordan_fletcher@byu.edu) is entering his third season as an assistant coach for the BYU swim team since his hire in June 2018.

Before joining as the staff as an assistant coach, Fletcher spent two years volunteering as a coach at BYU, along with coaching club teams and teaching swim lessons. Previous to this, he swam for BYU from 2010-14.

During his freshman year, Fletcher was ranked first on the team in the 50-yard and 100-yard butterfly, as well as second in the 50-yard freestyle and the 50-yard and 100-yard backstroke. As a junior, Fletcher helped set a new BYU school record and MPSF Championship record in the 200-yard freestyle relay. During his senior season in 2013, he was named All-MPSF First Team in the 50-yard freestyle and 200-yard freestyle relay. Fletcher still holds the No. 4 BYU all-time record in the 50-yard freestyle and No. 5 in the 100-yard butterfly.

Fletcher is from Sandy, Utah. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Toronto, Canada, and studied psychology at BYU. He is married to his wife, Shelbi.
