• Began playing volleyball in the fourth grade
• Spent one year at BYU not playing volleyball, making her a redshirt freshman in eligibility

Before BYU

• Played for Club Jamba under head coach Tom Clark
• Placed sixth at the Natinal Volleyball Festival in Reno, Nev.
• Four-year letterwinner at Monache High School under head coach Kyle Newlin
• Named league MVP as a senior
• Earned Orange Belt Region First Team honors and first-team all-league accolades as a junior and senior
• Varsity team MVP in both seasons
• Also played varsity basketball as a sophomore and was the varsity track MVP as a freshman, sophomore and junior before breaking her foot before her senior season
• MHS Scholar-Athlete
• Involved in Student Council, Link Crew and the California Scholarship Federation
• Was the CSF Sealbearer and Valedictorian of her high school class
