  • During the 2022 outdoor season, he set the school record in the 5,000m and became No. 7 all-time at BYU in the 10,000m. He earned Second Team All-American honors at outdoor nationals after finishing 10th in the 5,000m (13:33.20) and 12th in the 10,000m at 28:22.99.

  • Recorded the fifth-best men’s 1500m time in program history with a personal best of 3:38.16 at the Fresno State West Coast Relays.

Senior Year 2023

Indoor

  • First Team All-American at NCAA DI Indoor Nationals in Albuquerque, New Mexico for two events: the 5000m and 3000m. In the 5000m, he finished as the runner-up, crossing the line at 13:38.12. He took fourth overall in the 3000m with a time of 7:49.37.
  • Broke Conner Mantz's 5000m BYU record by over 10 seconds, claiming first in BYU history after running a 13:17.36 time at the 2022 Sharon Colyear-Danville Season-Opener in Boston.
  • Set the BYU all-time record in the 3000m with a time of 7:43.96 at the Razorback Invitational. The finish broke Ed Eyestone's 38 year-old school record set in 1985.
  • The final leg on the school-record DMR squad, helping break the prior top finish at BYU by nearly eight seconds with a 9:21.18 time.
  • Became No. 4 all-time in the mile with a 3:57.13 time set in February at Boston's David Hemery Valentine Invitational

  • Earned First Team All-American honors in the 10,000m with a podium finish of third (28:23.41) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships
