• Began the season taking fifth in the 60m hurdles final at the Cougar Indoor Invitational (8.39)
• Took ninth in the 60m hurdles (8.39) and 11th in the 200m (22.54) at the Air Force Team Challenge

• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• Competed in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminary Round taking 39th place overall with a time of 52.83
• Clocked a personal-best 15.08 in the 110m hurdles at the USC Trojan Invitational (ninth place) while also taking third in the 400m hurdles (53.25)
• Finished 33rd overall in the 400m hurdles at the Texas Relays (52.67)
• Scored for BYU with a fourth-place finish at the Pepsi Invitational in the 400m hurdles (54.24)
• Placed ninth overall in the 400m hurdles at the Mt. SAC Relays (52.95)
• Ran a career-best 11.13 in the 100m dash (18th place) and took third in the 400m hurdles (51.99)
• Won the 400m hurdles at the Sacramento State Open with a time of 52.18
• Set a personal record with a time of 51.77 in a third-place finish in the 400m hurdles at the BYU Last Chance Meet

Indoor

• Competed on the BYU 4x400m relay team that took fourth place at the MPSF Indoor Championships (3:09.25) while also running a career-best 48.01 in the 400m for 13th place
• Ran a personal-best 7.02 in the 60m at the Cougar Indoor Invite
• Competed in five meets during the 2019 indoor season

Outdoor

• Received All-America Honorable Mention honors after competing on the BYU 4x400m relay team that took 18th at the 2019 NCAA Outdoor Championships (3:08.02)
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• Ran a career-best 51.38 in the 400m hurdles in the 400m prelims before finishing 19th overall at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds while also running on the BYU 4x400m relay team that qualified for Nationals with an 11th-place finish (3:06.67)
• Clocked a personal record in the 200m with a time of 21.80 at the Aggie Invitational
• Competed in eight meets during the 2019 outdoor season

Indoor

• Named a USTFCCCA All-American in the DMR
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• Ran personal-best times in the 400m (47.70), the 200m (21.77) and the 60m (6.87) 
• Was part of the season-best 4x400 team that clocked 3:09.47 at the 2020 Texas Tech Shootout
• Qualified for nationals in the DMR, which finished sixth in the nation
• Competed in five meets during the 2020 indoor season

Indoor Season

• Combined with Cortez Ruiz, Spencer Carlile and Jace Jensen to win the 2022 MPSF Men's 4x400 Championship. 
• Competed in three meets

Outdoor Season

• First Team All-American in the 400m hurdles, finishing seventh at nationals with a time of 50.10. 
• Became first BYU men's 400m hurdler to garner First Team All-American honors since Chris Carter in 2012.
• Anchored the men's 4x100m relay team to an Honorable Mention All-American finish. 
• No. 3 all-time at BYU in men's 400m hurdles at 49.60. 
• Helped men's 4x400 team to No. 3 all-time at BYU with time of 3:05.18 at the Sun Angel Classic. 
• Finished the season ranked No. 15 nationally in the men's 400m hurdles.
• Competed in eight meets with seven first-place finishes.  

Indoor (2021)

• Competed in four meets for the Cougars and posted four top-three finishes. 
• Set personal bests in the men’s 200m (21.65) and 400m (47.60) at the Air Force Invitational and BYU Cougar Indoor I, respectively. 

Outdoor (2021)

• Recorded the fifth-best men’s 400H time in school history with a personal-best 50.04 at the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round. 
• Competed in seven meets for the Cougars and posted seven top-three finishes with five in first place. 
• Finished first in the men’s 400m at the BYU Cougar Invitational with a personal-best time of 46.37.
• Took first in the men’s 400H with a 50.96 at the Hayward Premiere.
• Took first in the men’s 400H with a 50.79 at the Jim Click Shootout. 
• Took first in the men’s 400H with a 50.89 at the Fresno State West Coast Relays. 

Overall

• Received USTFCCCA All-Academic honors 
• Finished 22ndin men’s 400H First Round at U.S. Olympic Trials
