• 4x400m state champion on team that included big brother Mat and his twin brothers
• Holds second best 800m mark in high school track all time in the state of Washington, 1:49.30 (behind BYU teammate Tanner Sork)
• Five-time high school state champion
• Second-best True Mile in Washington (4:03)
• 4x400 State Champion with his brother Mat
• Second place at State Championships in the 3200 (9:04)
• Won the Brooks PR Invite and was 5th at Adidas Dream Mile in New York City in High School
• Washington Gatorade Track Athlete of the Year
• High school coach is Coach Marlow
• Got started running after watching his older siblings run. Brother Mike Dickson set the 4x800m national high school relay record while Marcus was a kid.
