Career Summary

Uani 'Unga transferred to BYU from Oregon State. He played in all 26 games and started in 12 during his two-year BYU career. He recorded 171 total tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss and four pass breakups while lettering both seasons. Unga led the team in tackles as a senior and took No. 4 on BYU's all-time list for tackles in a single game with 19. His performance as a linebacker was a significant contribution to BYU's No. 3 national ranking in total defense in 2012.
