Hendershot, Reynolds Pick Up More Women's Soccer All-America Honors
Maren Hendershot picked up her third All-America citation, being named to the 1999 Soccer Buzz All West First Team. Hendershot is a senior forward from Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Junior defender Staci Reynolds from Salt Lake City, Utah was also named to the All-West First Team.
This is the second award for both players during the 1999 season which saw the Cougars finish with a 21-4 record, a 20th place national ranking and a third straight appearance to the NCAA Women's College Cup Championships.
Another Cougar soccer player, junior forward Sara Reading received her first All-America honor, being named to the All-West Second Team by Soccer Buzz.
On Soccer Buzz's national team awards, Hendershot and Reynolds pick up another All-America honor with Reynolds being named to the National Third Team and Hendershot getting an Honorable Mention.
