Freshman Eliza Millar Receives First MRGC Beam Specialist of the Week for the 2022 Season

LOGAN, Utah - On Monday, the Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference honored freshman Eliza Millar as Beam Specialist of the Week.

BYU opened the season with the Rio Tinto Best of Utah Meet on Friday, Jan. 7 at the Maverik Center in West Valley, Utah. The Cougars took home third with a final score of 195.225. 

Eliza Millar scored a 9.875 on beam in her collegiate debut to earn MRGC Beam Specialist of the Week. Millar delivered her performance as the Cougars finished the Best of Utah meet on beam in the final rotation.
