Paulson earns second career WCC Pitcher of the Week honor
SAN BRUNO, Calif. – BYU sophomore pitcher Arissa Paulson has been named the West Coast Conference Pitcher of the Week, the second of her career and first weekly award for the Cougars this season.
Paulson pitched 18.2 innings over three games for BYU with a 2.41 ERA to earn her first Pitcher of the Week award. She tallied 19 strikeouts while giving up just five earned runs in her contests. She finished with an opposing batting average of .164, scattering just 11 hits over 18.2 innings.

The Cougars will play five games this week at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic in Cathedral City, California, from February 22-24.
